Inspired by art in nature, the ARTAVIA® community is a heavily wooded 2,842-acre master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area. This award-winning community presents new homes priced from the high $200s to $800s by Beazer Homes, Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Jamestown Estate Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna and Westin Homes. The community amenities include a 13-acre lake, on-site Cafe’, Amenity Center with 24/7 fitness, and park. Located north of the Grand Parkway, midway between I-45 and US59N, and east of FM 1314 on SH242, the development will bring approximately 6,500 homes to the area. Plans currently include over 120 acres of mixed-use, commercial, and retail properties. ARTAVIA has won numerous development and marketing awards from the NAHB, Texas Association of Builders, and the Greater Houston Association of Builders.

Inspired by the state’s historical, cultural and architecture influences, COLTON is a quintessential Texas community. Formerly known as Woodard Ranch, this sprawling 5,700 acre master-planned community straddles a four-mile stretch of SH249 in the Todd Mission EJT. Named for being the midway point between College Station and Houston, this destination community spans Montgomery, Waller and Grimes Counties. COLTON residents will have access to employment and education corridors from Houston, The Woodlands, Conroe and College Station while students will attend Magnolia ISD. Featuring 2 amenity centers and 2 on-site elementary schools, Aliana^® is located southwest of Houston, Texas in the Richmond area. The project’s success in sales and planning attracted top-tier commercial retailers including the nation’s first Next Generation Target, HEB, Hobby Lobby, Old Navy, Starbucks, Raising Cane’s and CVS.

Recognized as a top 16 nationally ranked community for 3 years in a row, Aliana also received many awards on a national, state, and local level for best Master-Planned Community, best Developer, best Marketing, Branding and Advertising and more.
